Soul Food Farms is a much-beloved chicken and egg farm local to the San Francisco Bay Area. Their pastured eggs are pricey but phenomenally tasty (I speak from experience), and became a chic brand name very quickly on menus all over town. It probably didn't hurt that from all accounts, owners Alexis and Eric Koefed were well-spoken, personable, and dedicated. Read more...
